Professionalevents
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the option, on how many of you there are, on where and on the date. That is why every party gets its own quote: fixed, with the 21 % VAT itemised, and that is the one that counts.
Do you issue invoices?
We issue an invoice within five working days at most, with VAT itemised. The booking is made with a deposit and the rest is paid when we finish.
Do you have public liability insurance?
We have public liability insurance and it covers every service. If you need a copy of the policy for your file, just ask and it is sent.
Who exactly turns up?
Professionals turn up. Everyone who walks into your event is paid to be there, arrives in costume and follows the same protocol.
And if it rains on the day?
Plan B is agreed when we sign, well in advance. Outdoors we set up between 5 and 35 ºC, with wind under 25 km/h and any storm more than ten kilometres away; if the day falls outside that, the event carries on under cover.
Privatecelebrations
How long do you take to reply?
We reply in under 24 hours. Usually much less.
What do you need from the space?
We need a clear area of 5 × 5 metres, two and a half metres of height and two sockets within twenty metres. Outdoors we bring a battery and the space is enough.
How far do you travel?
We work across Garraf · Penedès · Baix Llobregat · Barcelona · Tarragona. Travel is calculated from Vilanova i la Geltrú and we tell you before you book.
And if more children turn up than I said?
If one or two more children turn up than you said, the party goes ahead just the same: there is a margin of two over what was booked. If there are quite a few more, write to us 48 hours ahead and we extend the pack. We ask you a week before anyway.
Are the paints safe for the skin?
The paints are hypoallergenic, biodegradable and use mica glitter. The same ones we would use on our own children.
Theorganisation
How long do you take to send the proposal?
Under 24 hours, fixed and with VAT itemised. If it works for you, the date is held with the deposit.
Can we put several shows together?
You can choose up to four and we fit them into the same proposal. Cuca's set menus are already designed to be combined.
Do the children appear in the photos?
During the show we take photos and video to show what a good time everyone is having. If your school would rather nobody appeared, tell us in writing before the event and that is how it is done, at no cost.
Foam andHoli
Is the foam safe for the children and for the venue?
The foam is certified, hypoallergenic, pH-neutral and biodegradable, and it is kind to plants. It rinses off with water and clothes go home the way they came.
What does the foam party need?
The foam party needs a space of at least 6 × 8 metres, a water tap for a hose within ten metres and three ordinary sockets, also within ten. Ideally on grass or on ground that does not kick up dust.
Does the Holi powder wash off with water?
The Holi powder washes off with water.
Can people with allergies take part in the Holi party?
The Holi powder is free of allergens and gluten. If someone has a specific allergy, tell us before the day and we will look at it with you.
Can the foam party be combined with the K-Pop Tribute?
The foam party and the K-Pop Tribute can be combined, and it works: the Tribute warms up the square and the foam cools it down at the end. They go in the same proposal and we coordinate the setup.
Face painting andballoons
How does the face paint come off?
The face paint comes off with a baby wipe: lay it over the design, press gently and with one or two passes the face is clean, no scrubbing.
Does the face paint stain clothes?
The face paint is professional and water-based, made to stay on the skin. If a child brushes against their clothes, it comes out in the washing machine on a normal cycle.
What face painting designs are there?
The face painting designs run from animals, superheroes, princesses and butterflies to whatever each child asks for. And for an event we design whatever you ask for.
What is UV face painting?
UV face painting, or neon, is fluorescent make-up that glows under ultraviolet light. It is one of the versions of Face Painting & Balloons, for night-time parties and events.
Do you paint adults too?
We paint grown-ups too: Face Painting & Balloons is for ages 3 to 99. It works for carnival troupes, for floats and for company events, with glitter or with neon.

What kind of music do you play at the parties?
We have a bit of everything: the classics that take you back to your childhood, the hits on the radio and any song that makes you happy. And if you fancy something different, we put together a surprise mix that will leave you open-mouthed.
